MARKET EXPERIENCE

Mr. Lee has over 19 years of planning and design experience in government and commercial markets, including; nuclear facilities (DOE), aviation facilities (DOT), health care, pharmaceutical, hotel, office, water treatment and warehouse occupancies. 

He is experienced in providing drawings, specifications, cost limitation estimates, construction phase services, inspections, procurement, and scheduling for the design and installation of fire protection and security systems.  Mr. Lee also performs crisis management planning, fire hazards analysis, risk assessments, emergency pre-planning and life safety evaluations, as well as review and coordination for conformance with fire protection and security objectives.
